Leadership Agility is the Most Valued Skill in Organizations Today
Business and HR leaders across around the globe were asked what the most valued skills are in organizations today. The votes are in, and the winner is…drumroll please…Leadership Agility!
OI Global Partners and Harmonics.ie conducted the Future of Work survey in 16 countries and had responses from 585 different organizations. The four most valued skills are:
Leadership Agility
Embracing change
Collaboration
Communicating clearly
The survey defines leadership agility as ‘being able to take effective action in complex, rapidly changing conditions’, with 66% of respondents selecting Leadership Agility as one of their top six most valued skills.
Leadership Agility is the heart of our Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) workshops.
