Change is hard. Try 'experiments' instead!
As a coach, Scrum Master, or servant leader of any kind, you've probably encountered resistance to change. Change is hard, and most people are hesitant to change the comfortable status quo for the unknown. So stop talking about 'change', and start talking about 'experiments' instead. Identify a challenge or an opportunity, and ask your team:
"What experiment could we try to make this better?"
And a few follow up questions:
"How will we know if our experiment has succeed?"
"How long should we run this experiment?"
Unleash your inner 'mad scientist', and maybe you'll help your team unleash theirs at the same time.
